Dr. Mark V. Barrow Annual Lecture

Dr. Mark V. Barrow, MD PhD, not only graduated with the College of Medicine’s first class of physicians in 1960, he also was the first student accepted into that class!  He also was the first person to publish a history of the College and has remained a supporter medical education and particularly education in the history of medicine.  Through a generous donation, he makes possible this annual lecture, enabling students in the College of Medicine to bring in outside history speakers to talk on subjects about which students are passionate!
